Systems integration and automation for operations teams.
We connect the platforms your business runs on (phone systems, billing, helpdesk, CRM and project tools) through their APIs, then automate the work that falls between them: onboarding, billing reconciliation, ticket follow-up and reporting. Our deepest experience is in UCaaS and telecom, where a provisioning or billing error costs real money.

Who we work with
The work is the same wherever systems have to agree with each other. UCaaS and telecom is where we started and where our experience runs deepest. More on who we serve.
UCaaS and VoIP providers
Provisioning automation, port and E911 workflows, seat true-ups and billing reconciliation. Our specialty.
MSPs and IT service providers
Client onboarding, license and seat audits, PSA and helpdesk reporting, and integrations between your stack and your clients'.
Subscription and SaaS businesses
Reconciling what customers use against what they are billed, and syncing billing with your CRM and support tools.
Multi-location businesses
Clinics, franchises and logistics operators rolling out systems, users and devices across many sites at once.
Support and customer success teams
Queue health, SLA reporting, follow-up automation and AI review of every customer interaction.
Operations leaders anywhere
If a person on your team copies data between two systems every week, that is the engagement.
Services
Fixed-scope engagements, priced before work begins. Everything is built in your environment, on your accounts, and handed over with documentation.
Automated provisioning and onboarding
Customer intake is validated, then accounts, users and locations are built through your platform's API in stages. For phone systems that includes devices, DIDs, E911, call flows and key layouts, with ported numbers held until the port date. Every run has a rollback manifest and a status page your team and the customer can follow. Read about automated provisioning and onboarding
Billing reconciliation
A line-level comparison of what is delivered or provisioned against what is invoiced, across parent and child accounts. You receive a reconciliation workbook with the gap quantified monthly and annually in both directions, plus a customer-ready approval and dispute workflow. Read about billing reconciliation
Helpdesk operations reporting
Ticket aging, queue health, per-agent throughput and SLA exposure pulled from your helpdesk's API, with escalating owner reminders, per-ticket opt-outs and a weekly performance summary for leadership. Read about helpdesk operations reporting
System integration and workflow automation
Changes made in one system update every other system at once instead of being re-keyed, including telecom moves, adds, changes and disconnects. Read-only discovery first, a dry-run on every write, a full audit log, and a design built to hold up under SOX review. Read about system integration and workflow automation
AI quality assurance and agents
Every support interaction scored on seven quality dimensions by models running on your own infrastructure, so customer data never leaves your network. Includes coaching notes, early churn signals and an executive summary. Read about ai quality assurance and agents
Measured results
Production systems, described without client names. Walkthroughs on this site use fictional companies and data. All case studies.
Multi-site onboarding without manual builds
Seat lists arrived as spreadsheets and every user, device and emergency address was configured by hand. We replaced that with validated intake and staged builds through the PBX API, with port-date holds and read-back verification.
Revenue that provisioning and billing both missed
Provisioning and billing lived in separate systems with no reconciliation between them. We built a seat-level audit across both account hierarchies, with customer approval and dispute links.
Quality assurance on every interaction
Leadership wanted every support reply reviewed without adding headcount or sending customer data to a third party. We deployed a two-stage model pipeline on internal hardware that scores each reply and drafts coaching notes.
Walkthrough: 12 clinics, 340 seats, one spreadsheet
A fictional veterinary group goes from a 412-row intake spreadsheet to 340 live seats. Demo data only.
See all walkthroughsHow we work with your systems
Your provisioning and billing platforms carry live customers. Every engagement follows the same controls. The full engagement model.
Read-only first
Discovery and audits use read-only credentials. Write access is requested only for the systems a build changes.
Reversible changes
Every write runs as a dry-run first, takes a snapshot, and ships with a rollback manifest.
Your data stays yours
Builds run in your environment. AI workloads can run entirely on your own infrastructure.
Credentials in your vault
Keys stay in your secrets manager, scoped to least privilege, and never stored in code.
A complete audit trail
Every automated action is logged with who, what and when, ready for SOX and customer audits.
You own the result
Source code, architecture documentation and runbooks are delivered with every project.
Engagement model
Most engagements reach production in two to four weeks.
Assessment
A 30-minute call on one process that costs your team hours each week.
Technical review
We review your platforms' APIs and data, then send a written scope with a fixed price.
Build and validation
Built in your environment and validated with your team against your own data.
Handover
Documentation, runbooks and source code delivered. Managed support is optional.

About
Tightly Wired is led by an enterprise onboarding and account-management lead at a UCaaS provider who builds the tooling his own teams run on: provisioning automation, billing audits, install tracking and ticket analytics.
Clients work with someone who knows what a failed port, an E911 validation error or a missed seat true-up costs the business, and who writes and maintains production code. More about the studio.
